Currency:
All sales are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will always be charged in CAD.

Shipping Within Canada:
- Free shipping on orders over $65 CAD before tax. Taxes are based on your province's rates.


Shipping to the United States and Internationally:
- Free shipping to the USA on orders over $100 USD.
- Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. The Cure Skincare is not responsible for these duties.

Carriers:
- Orders are shipped via FedEx, except for PO Box addresses, which are shipped via Canada Post.
- Shipping rates are based on FedEx rates and the shipping method selected at checkout (Express, Priority, etc.).
- Once your order leaves The Cure headquarters, it is the customer's responsibility to track the order with FedEx/Canada Post. Please contact FedEx /Canada Post for any shipment inquiries.

Unclaimed, Stolen & Returned Packages:
- If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, the customer must pay return shipping charges. Tracking numbers are provided via email and/or the order status link on our homepage. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package.

Lead Times:
- Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of being placed and are shipped every Monday to Wednesday. Note that order processing may take some time due to our small team and small-batch production.

Damages During Shipping:
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt with your name, order number, details of the damage, and images. We cannot process claims without images.

Warmth, Heat, and Summer Shipping:
- Natural products are sensitive to heat. During warm weather, products like Body Whip may soften or melt in transit. If melted, place the product in the refrigerator. Melting does not affect the product's quality as a moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change.
- From June 15th, packages shipped during high heat will include thermal wrap and an ice pack, which can be reused. Orders with Body Whip will be shipped on Mondays to avoid sitting in hot warehouses over weekends.
- Local pickup is available. Please wait for an email with the pickup time and date.
- Keep track of your package's delivery to avoid it being left in a hot mailbox or on a porch. Consider shipping to your workplace if no one will be home to receive it.

Additional Tips:
- Do not leave products in a car as excessive heat can melt them. Avoid repeated melting and hardening.
- Keep products away from direct sunlight for extended periods, as it can affect the texture and stability.
